Westminster Auto Accident Case

In December 2025, after 3+ weeks in trial in Orange County, Partner John Paulson and Senior Counsel Petra Radusic secured a trial victory! The case arose from a car accident in Westminster in which the plaintiff, a 14-year-old front-seat passenger, alleged a traumatic brain injury and extensive neurocognitive and psychological damages. Plaintiff experts supported a TBI-related diagnoses and future impairment, while defense experts opined any concussion had resolved and that there was no objective evidence of any permanent neurological injury. The defense focused on challenging the nature, extent, and reasonableness of the claimed damages. Ultimately, the jury agreed with the BGSP attorneys, and our client was very happy with the outcome.
