James D. Savage is a Founding Partner of Behar | Gibbs | Savage | Paulson LLP and an experienced trial attorney known for his work across a broad range of civil litigation matters. His practice includes professional liability, product liability, premises liability, automobile cases, employment matters, and common carrier liability. He represents insurance companies, healthcare professionals, corporations, and self-insured entities, bringing a practical, results-driven approach to each case.
Jim has tried numerous cases to verdict and has been a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates since 2006. In addition to his trial work, he served as a settlement officer for the Los Angeles County Superior Court’s Special Civil Settlement Program and frequently lectures to dental professionals on malpractice issues.
He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Arizona.
Outside the office, Jim enjoys attending sporting events, traveling with family and friends, and playing golf.
