Patrick J. Gibbs is a Founding and Managing Partner of Behar | Gibbs | Savage | Paulson LLP and a seasoned trial attorney with more than 35 years of experience handling high-exposure civil litigation. His practice focuses on automobile and common carrier liability, premises and municipal liability, product liability, and defamation and bad faith claims. He has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict and regularly resolves complex matters through arbitration and mediation.
Patrick is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and frequently speaks to insurance professionals on case handling, civil procedure, and defense strategies. He began his legal career with Ford, Walker, Haggerty & Behar in 1991, where he practiced for many years.
Admitted to the California Bar in 1989, Patrick is licensed to practice in all California state courts, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He earned his J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law and his B.A. in Political Science from California Lutheran University.
