Partner Juan Delgado recently moderated an Association of Southern California Defense Counsel (ASCDC) Annual Conference panel on how to try a case/mock trial presentation: “The Anatomy of a Trial from Beginning.” It brought together five of the best defense attorneys and plaintiff’s attorneys in Southern California to discuss the key stages of a trial and litigation strategy from the defense and plaintiffs’ perspective. It offered insight into what it takes to effectively try a case from jury selection to closing arguments. Each of the five sessions were attended by over 100 attendees.
