Victoria Ann Silcox is Of Counsel at Behar | Gibbs | Savage | Paulson LLP and an experienced trial attorney with more than 25 years of defending clients in complex civil litigation matters involving catastrophic injuries. She handles cases from pre-litigation through post-trial motions and is known for her strong advocacy and client-focused approach.
She previously served as a partner at a large Southern California defense firm and spent two years with the Long Beach City Attorney’s Office, where she further developed her trial and negotiation skills. Victoria is dedicated to guiding clients through every stage of the litigation process while maintaining strong, collaborative relationships.
She has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2006 and 2007 and is admitted to practice in California, New York, and Texas.
She earned her Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School and her Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Los Angeles.
