Tina I. Mangarpan is an Equity Partner at Behar | Gibbs | Savage | Paulson LLP and serves as General Counsel. She is a versatile litigator with experience across a wide range of complex civil matters, including professional liability cases such as medical and legal malpractice, long-term care and elder abuse litigation, aviation defense, products liability, ADA compliance, mortuary and cemetery disputes, and business and premises liability.
Tina represents a diverse client base that includes physicians, surgical centers, attorneys, airlines, retailers, manufacturers, restaurants, and their insurance carriers. Known for her practical and strategic approach, she regularly advises clients through high-exposure matters and evolving regulatory challenges. She also speaks to insurance and industry groups on key legal topics affecting their operations and risk management.
She earned her undergraduate degree from Drew University and her Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law.
