Timothy L. Walker is Of Counsel at Behar | Gibbs | Savage | Paulson LLP and is a seasoned trial attorney with more than 85 jury trials over the course of his career. He previously served as the founding and managing partner of Ford Walker Haggerty and Behar, established in 1991.
Tim has extensive experience in complex litigation and trial advocacy and has been recognized nationally for his work in the defense bar. He has been listed in Best Lawyers in America since 1987 and is a member of several prestigious legal organizations, including the American College of Trial Lawyers, the American Board of Trial Advocates, and the American Society of Barristers.
He has held leadership roles within the defense community, including serving as President of the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel in 1986 and as a long-standing board member. He also served on the Board of Directors of the Defense Research Institute from 1994 to 1998.
He earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
