Tejas B. Patel is a Partner at Behar | Gibbs | Savage | Paulson LLP and an experienced trial attorney representing clients in a broad range of complex civil litigation matters. His practice includes insurance bad faith claims, class action habitability cases, mass tort and smoke damage claims, municipal liability, inverse condemnation actions involving state and federal issues, as well as catastrophic injury, wrongful death, premises liability, products liability, and subrogation matters.
Tejas represents individuals, commercial and private property owners, and small businesses. He has successfully guided clients through all stages of litigation, including jury trials resulting in defense verdicts, as well as arbitrations and mediations involving complex, multi-party disputes.
He earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Irvine.
