Tabitha Flood is Senior Counsel at Behar | Gibbs | Savage | Paulson LLP, where she focuses on law and motion practice in California state and federal courts. She has extensive experience drafting and arguing complex and dispositive motions, including motions for summary judgment, writs of attachment, demurrers, motions to strike, and discovery motions.
She previously served as a law clerk for the Honorable George B. Daniels of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, where she gained valuable experience in federal court proceedings and judicial decision-making.
Tabitha earned her Juris Doctor from Howard University School of Law.
