Stacy A. Bradfield is a Partner at Behar | Gibbs | Savage | Paulson LLP and an experienced trial attorney focused on complex business litigation and high-exposure catastrophic injury matters. Her practice includes insurance bad faith litigation, general liability, product liability, premises liability, common carrier liability, and professional liability. She represents corporations, insurance companies, municipalities, and self-insured entities, and has successfully tried numerous multi-million-dollar cases. She also has extensive experience in court-ordered binding arbitration and mediation.
Ms. Bradfield previously oversaw and managed the firm’s complex motion and appellate division as well as its insurance coverage practice, handling declaratory relief actions, coverage opinions, and contract interpretation matters.
Prior to joining the firm, she worked at Ford, Walker, Haggerty & Behar, and at a real estate litigation firm in Orange County. Earlier in her career, she served in government and political roles, including work for elected officials at the federal, state, and county levels, as well as serving as California Volunteer Coordinator for a presidential campaign.
She earned her Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School and her Bachelor of Arts in Comparative and International Politics from California State University, Long Beach.
