Nicole Ngo is an Associate at Behar | Gibbs | Savage | Paulson LLP, where she represents clients in complex civil litigation matters. Born and raised in the Bay Area, she is passionate about giving back to the community she calls home. Nicole believes that effective advocacy goes beyond legal knowledge – it requires empathy, unwavering commitment, and genuine care for the people she represents.
Before joining the firm as an Associate, Nicole served as a law clerk at BGSP, where she developed a strong foundation in civil litigation, discovery practice, and defense strategy. During law school, she had the opportunity to extern with the Honorable Julia L. Allogiamento of the Santa Clara County Superior Court – an experience that gave her exposure to California civil procedure and shaped her approach to litigation and client advocacy.
Nicole earned her Juris Doctor from UC Law San Francisco, and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
In her free time, Nicole enjoys traveling, cooking fun recipes for her dog Milo, staying active through Pilates, and exploring new restaurants.
