Nazish Nomani is Senior Counsel at Behar | Gibbs | Savage | Paulson LLP, based in the firm’s Silicon Valley office. She has been practicing law since 2011 and is admitted to the State Bar of California, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and the State of Connecticut.
Her practice spans estate planning, probate, elder law, immigration, and contractual disputes, developed through more than a decade of experience across multiple jurisdictions. She is known for taking a comprehensive and culturally sensitive approach to client representation, often considering the broader family and community context in her legal strategies.
Prior to practicing law, Nazish worked as a commodities trader, developing strong analytical and strategic skills that continue to inform her legal work. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, where she concentrated in Tax and International Law, participated in Moot Court, and received recognition in an international legal writing competition. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance, magna cum laude, from the University of Connecticut, Storrs.
