Kristine Gamboa is Senior Counsel at Behar | Gibbs | Savage | Paulson LLP, where her practice focuses on general liability matters, including premises liability. She represents a broad range of clients, including homeowners and businesses, and is involved in all aspects of litigation from pre-litigation claims through resolution.
With more than 10 years of experience, Kristine has successfully resolved numerous cases through mediation and has also achieved favorable outcomes at trial, including securing a defense verdict in her first trial. She is known for her practical, client-focused approach and her ability to navigate complex matters efficiently.
Kristine earned a certificate from Pepperdine University’s Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution in 2013 and was honored with Pepperdine’s Preceptor of the Year Award in 2024.
She received her Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law and her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
