Katherine M. Harwood is Of Counsel at Behar | Gibbs | Savage | Paulson LLP. She previously served as a partner at Ford, Walker, Haggerty & Behar LLP. Her practice focuses on complex civil litigation, including contractual disputes, professional liability, aviation matters, catastrophic personal injury, and general liability claims.
She represents public and private companies, as well as individuals, in high-exposure matters involving significant financial and reputational risk. Her clients have included Fortune 500 corporations, major studios, closely held businesses, and high-profile individuals across industries such as entertainment, retail, aviation, professional services, and healthcare.
Katherine earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, where she received First Honors in Trial Advocacy. She holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honors from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Early in her career, she served as an intern at the White House.
