Juan C. Delgado is a Partner and trial attorney at Behar | Gibbs | Savage | Paulson LLP, where he has practiced exclusively in insurance defense since 1987. Over the course of his career, he has handled virtually every type of case involving insurance coverage, including automobile, homeowners, professional negligence, contractor, homeowners association, and business policies.

Juan is an experienced trial lawyer with more than 145 trials across Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, and San Diego Counties, over 125 of which resulted in jury verdicts. His trial experience spans automobile and premises liability, land movement, optometry malpractice, assault and battery, and self-defense claims, homeowners disputes, homeowners association matters, traumatic brain injury, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death cases.

He earned his Juris Doctor from Whittier College School of Law in 1987 and his bachelor’s degree from the University of La Verne in 1984.
