Joshua Dixon is Senior Counsel at Behar | Gibbs | Savage | Paulson LLP, where he focuses on defending clients in high-exposure civil litigation. His practice includes professional liability, general liability, catastrophic injury, medical and dental malpractice, elder abuse, wrongful death, premises liability, and real estate and business disputes. Joshua represents clients across state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration and administrative proceedings, developing strategic approaches tailored to each matter.
In addition to his civilian practice, Joshua serves as an officer in the Judge Advocate Corps of the California State Guard. In this role, he represents service members in a range of legal matters, including landlord-tenant disputes, real estate, contracts, employment issues, wills and trusts, and administrative actions.
Joshua earned his J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he served as Executive Editor of the Journal of Contemporary Legal Issues. He received his B.A., cum laude, from California State University, San Marcos.
