Joseph Walsh is the Chief Financial Officer of Behar | Gibbs | Savage | Paulson LLP, bringing more than 25 years of executive leadership in corporate finance, tax, and business operations. A licensed CPA with extensive public accounting experience at two national firms, he has advised both public and privately held companies across a broad range of industries.
Before joining the firm, Joseph held Controller and CFO roles at organizations ranging from regional businesses to international companies. In these positions, he led financial and operational strategy, guided organizational transformations, and helped position companies for sustainable growth.
Joseph is recognized for driving operational excellence, leading complex change initiatives, optimizing systems and financial performance, and building high-performing teams. As CFO, he partners closely with the firm’s equity partners to advance strategic priorities, strengthen operations, and support the firm’s continued growth, culture and long-term success.
Outside the office, Joseph is a dedicated father of two. He is also a former Gaelic football player with the OC Wild Geese (an Irish Sports Club), with whom he proudly won a USGAA North American Championship.
