Throughout his career, he has had the privilege of performing a diverse range of public tax, attestation, and consulting services for several distinguished privately owned companies.
After gaining valuable expertise, Joseph transitioned to the private sector. He’s had the opportunity to serve as both a Controller and CFO for diverse industries, including an international transportation and maritime engineering firm and a regional architecture firm. It was in these roles that he discovered a profound passion for organizational change management, optimizing systems to enhance earned value, and focusing on fostering positive team dynamics.
