Jeet Sen is a Partner at Behar | Gibbs | Savage | Paulson LLP, where he represents individuals, business entities, and insurers in complex litigation matters involving multi-party torts and contract disputes. He handles cases in both litigation and pre-litigation settings.
His practice includes contract and insurance litigation, including coverage disputes and bad faith claims, as well as general tort liability defense, catastrophic injury and wrongful death, mass torts, premises and products liability, commercial litigation, construction, civil rights, and employment defense. He also manages complex pre-litigation disputes involving multiple parties, guiding matters through ADR processes and negotiating and drafting sophisticated settlement agreements. His experience extends to specialized claims such as inverse condemnation, municipal liability, elder abuse, breach of warranty, agency liability, RICO, and unfair competition.
Jeet represents clients in trial and appellate courts and has handled matters of first impression before the California Courts of Appeal, contributing to published legal precedent throughout his career.
Outside of work, he enjoys music, spicy food, exploring U.S. National Parks, traveling internationally, and spending time with his family.
He earned his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law, completed studies at the National University of Singapore Institute of International and Comparative Law, and holds a B.A. in History from the University of California, Riverside.
