Jack S. Fischer is Senior Counsel at Behar | Gibbs | Savage | Paulson LLP, where he represents insureds and self-insured entities in motor vehicle and premises liability matters. He brings extensive litigation experience in both state and federal courts, including first-chair jury trial experience, and focuses on strategic risk management and case resolution from inception through trial.
He has been a licensed California attorney since 1993 and previously concentrated his practice on insurance coverage and bad faith defense for insurers in state and federal courts throughout California. His background also includes SIU investigations and conducting numerous examinations under oath (EUOs).
Since joining the firm in 2025, he has continued to leverage his deep coverage and litigation experience in defending complex civil matters.
He is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice in all California federal district courts and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
He earned his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Maryland, College Park.
