Gabriela Márquez is Senior Counsel at Behar | Gibbs | Savage | Paulson LLP with more than 20 years of experience in insurance defense litigation. Her practice focuses on personal injury, wrongful death, and professional liability matters, with a strong emphasis on defending individuals and companies across a variety of forums, including civil litigation, mediation, and both binding and non-binding arbitration.
She has extensive experience guiding complex matters through all stages of dispute resolution and is known for her practical, results-oriented approach to achieving favorable outcomes for her clients.
Gabriela earned her Juris Doctor from the University of La Verne College of Law in 2001. During law school, she served as Articles Editor for the Journal of Juvenile Law (2000–2001) and as Associate Editor (1999–2000). She received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Spanish from the University of Redlands in 1991.
