Donna Rogers Kirby is Of Counsel at Behar | Gibbs | Savage | Paulson LLP and has more than 40 years of experience in insurance coverage and bad faith litigation. She advises insurers on coverage opinions, declaratory relief actions, and insurance contract interpretation, including drafting reservation of rights letters and assisting in policy language development.
She has extensive experience in insurance bad faith litigation, including trials and arbitrations, and also provides independent consulting on complex coverage and claims-handling issues. Her industry clients rely on her to help develop best practices and deliver training seminars for claims professionals.
Donna earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California and her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toledo. She was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1983 and is admitted to practice in all California state courts, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
