David T. Griego is Senior Counsel at Behar | Gibbs | Savage | Paulson LLP. He is a California attorney focused on general liability defense, with an emphasis on automobile collision and personal injury matters. He represents clients in complex, high-exposure cases and brings a disciplined, strategic approach to motion practice, discovery, trial preparation, and case resolution.
Before joining the firm, David was senior counsel for six years wherein he completed cases to arbitration, all of which came in under the Plaintiff’s demand, and succeeded on multiple summary judgment motions. He has taken and defended hundreds of depositions and now uses all of his experience to zealously defend his clients. David has experience in lemon law defense and criminal prosecution from his time at the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.
David earned his Juris Doctor from Western State College of Law, where he earned membership to the prestigious law review and moot court team. He ultimately graduated magna cum laude in 2019. David graduated from California State University, Fullerton, where he double majored in Criminal Justice and American Studies.
Outside of the legal realm, David’s time is dedicated to his beautiful wife and three young children (two girls and one boy.)
