Daniel N. Stein is a Partner at Behar | Gibbs | Savage | Paulson LLP with more than 25 years of experience in insurance defense litigation. Admitted to the California Bar in 1995, he has built a long-standing practice representing clients in a wide range of defense matters across the insurance industry.
Prior to joining BGSP, Daniel practiced at Early Maslach from 2000 to 2015 and at FWHB from 2015 to 2025, where he developed deep experience handling complex liability and coverage disputes.
He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Davis School of Law.
