Bradley C. Crosley is Senior Counsel at Behar | Gibbs | Savage | Paulson LLP and a seasoned litigator with experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants across a wide range of civil matters. His practice includes complex commercial litigation, real estate disputes, municipal litigation, and insurance defense.
Brad has represented clients in state and federal courts across multiple jurisdictions and at all stages of litigation. In addition to his litigation practice, he has experience advising clients on complex transactional matters, including real estate, finance, contract, and estate planning issues.
He brings a practical, business-minded approach to his cases, drawing on his background in finance to help clients navigate legal challenges efficiently and strategically.
Brad earned his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law and his bachelor’s degree in Finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. He is admitted to practice in California and Indiana, as well as multiple federal courts.
