Ashton is an HR Generalist at Behar | Gibbs | Savage | Paulson LLP. She graduated from Boise State University with a degree in Human Resource Management, where she built a strong foundation in talent strategy, employee relations, and organizational development. Her professional background includes experience in marketing and recruiting, giving her a well-rounded perspective on both attracting top talent and supporting employee engagement initiatives.
Ashton has also gained valuable HR experience within the commercial banking industry, where she developed skills in compliance, workforce planning, onboarding, and employee support in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
Since joining BGSP at the firm’s founding, Ashton has been eager to contribute from the ground up. Being part of a growing organization has allowed her to take on meaningful responsibilities while collaborating with a driven and supportive team.
