Ashley E. Hannagan is a Partner at Behar | Gibbs | Savage | Paulson LLP and manages the firm’s Silicon Valley office, handling cases throughout California. She brings more than 14 years of litigation experience across a broad range of practice areas.
Her background in prosecution and civil litigation informs her disciplined, trial-focused approach to complex matters and client advocacy.
Prior to joining BGSP, Ashley was an associate at Casey Law Group in Los Gatos and later served as Senior Counsel at Ford, Walker, Haggerty, & Behar. Earlier in her career, she served as a Deputy District Attorney in Sacramento County and El Dorado County, where she tried more than 50 cases to verdict after beginning as an intern with the Sacramento County District Attorney’s Office.
She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2012, where she received a scholarship and focused on advocacy. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Society with a minor in Global Peace and Security from the University of California, Santa Barbara (2008), where she also played on the Women’s Club Soccer Team.
