Rochelle Rajazi is Senior Counsel at Behar | Gibbs | Savage | Paulson, where she focuses her practice on various complex civil litigation matters. With extensive experience representing defendants in high-stakes litigation, she has handled a wide range of matters involving catastrophic injuries, employment and labor disputes, asbestos litigation, and complex environmental claims.
Throughout her career, she has represented clients through all phases of litigation, from pre-litigation investigation and discovery through motion practice, mediation, and settlement negotiations until each case is resolved. She has substantial experience defending multimillion-dollar environmental actions and complex civil matters involving significant exposure and damages. Her broad litigation background allows her to develop strategic defenses tailored to the unique circumstances of each case.
Rochelle earned her B.A. in Political Science, with an emphasis in International Relations, from the University of California, Los Angeles. She then went on to receive her J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law, where she also earned a Certificate degree in Dispute Resolution from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution.
She is admitted to practice in all California state courts and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
