Elsie Lynn Secoquian is Senior Counsel at Behar | Gibbs | Savage | Paulson LLP. She is an experienced litigator and has represented clients in matters regarding general liability, insurance defense, personal injury, construction defect, professional liability, and employment litigation. She has represented clients in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies regarding DFEH investigations, pre-litigation investigations, Department of Industrial Relations hearings, and employment matters including wrongful termination, harassment, retaliation, discrimination, and wage and hour violations.
She has regularly appeared on behalf of and successfully defended her clients at trial, arbitration and other dispute resolution forums. She was a trial attorney and in-house counsel for multiple national insurance companies where she defended against personal injury and premises liability claims.
