Brandon Matamoros is Senior Counsel at Behar | Gibbs | Savage | Paulson LLP, where he represents insureds of major insurance carriers in high-exposure litigation. His practice focuses on catastrophic motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, dog bite, and wrongful death matters.
With experience on both the plaintiff and defense sides, Brandon brings a well-rounded perspective to his cases. He has successfully mediated numerous matters and is skilled in all phases of litigation, from discovery through trial preparation. His work often involves complex claims, including spinal cord injuries, allegations of mild traumatic brain injury, and disputes involving pain management and lien-related costs.
Brandon is known for helping clients navigate the complexities of civil litigation while working toward fair and efficient resolutions, and he is always prepared to take a case to trial when necessary.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends and is a passionate fan of the Los Angeles Lakers, Los Angeles Dodgers, Los Angeles Rams, and USC Trojans.
He earned his Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School.
