Howard R. His practice spans all stages of litigation, including case intake and evaluation, pleadings, strategy development, motion practice, discovery, trial preparation, and first-chair jury trial representation.
He has a strong record of courtroom success, supported by meticulous preparation and the ability to simplify complex legal and factual issues into clear, persuasive arguments. In addition to jury verdicts and appellate victories, he has resolved numerous cases through bench trial, arbitration, mediation, summary judgment, settlement, and dismissal.
Howard earned his Juris Doctor from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings College of the Law) in 1979. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles, earned in 1976, where he graduated summa cum laude and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa and Omicron Delta Epsilon.
