Win D. Doan is Senior Counsel at Behar | Gibbs | Savage | Paulson LLP with more than 25 years of experience handling all aspects of litigated casualty cases. He has extensive trial experience and has tried more than 15 jury trials involving general casualty and motor vehicle negligence matters.
His practice includes the defense of catastrophic injury claims, including wrongful death, traumatic brain injuries, and other high-severity personal injury cases. He is experienced in managing complex litigation from pre-trial through verdict, with a focus on effective case strategy and client advocacy.
He earned his Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1997 and his Bachelor of Arts from Marquette University in 1994.
